Floating Tristana with Carson Calhoun
Learn to float using the Ashtanga Tristana: Breath, Bandha, and Drishti. We will start with the basics of Sun Salutations: how to breathe, how to move, and where to look. From there, we will cultivate strength and grace in the movements, building to a press handstand and a floating Jedi Sun Salutation. All levels welcome.
Arm Balances and Inversions: Level 2 with Carson Calhoun
In this workshop, we will dive deeper into the trickier elements of inverting: handstand pressing, floating in sun salutations, transitioning in and out of arm balances, and many more drills to take with you to your home practice.
Prerequisites: a comfortable crow pose, some experience upside-down, and/or the Level 1 workshop on Saturday.
