The Art and Science of Teaching Yoga: An In-Depth Study of Practice and Self

A Yoga training for practitioners who are ready to immerse themselves in self-study, yoga philosophy and the physicality of all that yoga has to offer. Yoga teachers fill many different rolls in society; from teaching guided yoga classes, to mindfully coaching their peers to simply becoming someone who embodies mental and physical strength. This program is for anyone willing to put in the work to become a more confident, passionate and centered version of who they already are. This training will advocate for the integrity of traditional Yoga with the application of modern day science and biomechanics. For those desiring to teach yoga upon graduation, it is our top priority to ensure that you are prepared to step into the seat of teacher.
