Jai began her yoga journey in 1997, starting with Rodney Yee videos in her living room. She practiced on and off for another 15 years, including pre and post-natal yoga in 2000. In 2012, she discovered and fell in love with hot power vinyasa, from which she developed strength, confidence and a deeper internal connection she had never before experienced.
She offers dynamic, vigorous, empowering vinyasa classes that develop strength and flexibility, while encouraging students to connect deeper with the wisdom of one’s own intuitive body. Her classes hope to inspire deeper self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. It’s an honor and joy for her to share the practice of yoga with others.
