Yoga has been a part of Haylee’s life for over 10 years with the past 6 being dedicated to teaching and giving back to the yoga community. She is a 200E-RYT Vinyasa yoga teacher. Starting as a true beginner her practice was at first clumsy but she knew the first time she stepped on her mat yoga would change her life. The practice not only helped her discover a sense of empowerment, strength, and balance within her life but it also taught her the ability to live fearless both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live everyday authentically and from love. Her goal is help guide as many people to a path of authenticity and make yoga accessible for all.
As a teacher, Haylee’s style can be described as a fun, powerful, thoughtful and energetic which also matches her personality. Her classes combine creative sequencing and mindful inspiration to help deepen your practice while focusing strongly on form and alignment. She fuses knowledge of body awareness and fluid movement to get you out of your head and onto your mat. With a strong personal practice with inversions and arm balances she loves to teach these asanas and assist breakthrough moments for students. Seeing her students grow both physically and mentally through their yoga practice is the root of her teaching.
