Fall Equinox: Mindful Transitions

Transitioning from the busy, Summer into the Fall season is an important time to reflect on ones diet and lifestyle. As we move from a time of outward expression towards a time of internal reflection, it is best to set some time aside to become clear in the directions we want to go. The three pillars of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, are right lifestyle, right diet and right use of energy- all of which we will address during this time to reflect during seasonal change.
What to expect: During these two hours we will look at what the changing season brings, from an Ayurvedic perspective, and how we can adjust to find ease in health and happiness during this transition. We will discuss topics such as daily and seasonal routine, diet and yoga practice. After the discussing we will move through a grounding, slow flow practice that can be tailored to fit individuals needs.
