Katie Pytlik has been a devoted yoga practitioner for the last 8 years and received her 200hr RYT through SYL last November. She took her first yoga class at this very studio!
As a certified Personal Trainer(NASM) and Indoor Cycling instructor(Scwhinn, City Cycle) she appreciates how Yoga promotes finding balance of both the body and the mind. What started out as a means of stretching to counterbalance the demands of weightlifting and cycling, has evolved into a passion for yoga and the healthy lifestyle it promotes. For Katie, practicing regularly helps her connect to a deeper sense of self and universal energy, "It's like going to church". Katie is so excited to share her love of yoga with her fellow yogis and the community at SYL.
