Joshua is an addict of human movement and is constantly challenging his body and mind with his practice. He was first introduced to yoga by friends he met while living in Hawaii who were acro yogis. Joshua became blown away by the variety of ways one can train their body to balance, move, and maintain control with another person as well as individually. After two years of a daily practice, he took the next step by completing his 200 hour teacher training so he could share his passion with others. Joshua’s classes allow the exploration of movement, breath, control, and fun in a variety of ways, with play at the center of everything.
