I started practicing yoga to increase flexibility. After playing football in college, I noticed my body had taken an incredible beating. Yoga not only solved mobility issues, but created a new sense of calmness and peace in my heart, mind, and soul. I received my RYT 200 from Becca Hewes at YogaLife (Norman, OK) in 2013. My musically-driven vinyasa classes emphasize building strength, increasing flexibility, encouraging fun, and learning to move your body in space. I love creating clean lines of energy in postures with a mix of creativity - establishing a breath focused practice. Good vibes your way!
